FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Sure. If you're a student at Guilderland High School. This
is a school group, not a community theatre. Anyone in grades 9 through 12
is welcome to join us, regardless of their level of experience.
Oh, sure, but you're more likely to
cast a senior than a freshman, aren't you?
Our policy has always been to put on the best show possible.
If a 9th grader is better for a role than a 12th grader, the 9th grader will
get the part.
I'd love to audition for the musical,
but I don't dance.
How can I be in the musical if I don't
dance?
Everyone auditioning for the musical must act, sing, and
dance. The Guilderland Players' staff will find a way to teach you to dance
if you're right for a part.
